Modern Slavery Policy

POLICY STATEMENT

Knight Build Limited will not support or deal with any business or individual knowingly
involved in slavery or human trafficking.

The company has a zero‐tolerance approach to slavery and is committed to upholding our responsibilities under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

We are also committed to ensuring there is transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling  slavery which is consistent with our disclosure obligations under the Act.

Our high standards on preventing acts of slavery and human trafficking are cemented within our organisation and are imposed onto our contractors, suppliers and other business partners.

Responsibility for the policy

The Managing Director has overall responsibility for ensuring that this policy complies with our legal and ethical obligations, and that all those engaged with Knight Build Ltd comply with it.

Compliance with the policy

All those working for or under the control of Knight Build Ltd must ensure they read, understand and comply with the policy, avoid any activity that might lead to, or suggest a breach of this policy, and notify their manager as soon as possible if they believe or suspect that a conflict with this policy has occurred or may occur in the future.

Communication and awareness of the policy

A full copy of this policy and a copy of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 is accessible to all personnel electronically and can be obtained from the HR department upon request.

Breaches of the policy

Any person who breaches this policy will be reported to the relevant authorities and face internal disciplinary action.

Knight Build Ltd may terminate our relationship with other individuals and organisations working on our behalf if they breach this policy
