We pride ourselves on the ability to undertake the most challenging projects.

OUR EXPERTISE

We have invested heavily in design expertise and specialist resource which helps us to develop and take over schemes at any stage from pre-planning to handover.

We have an experienced in-house design team made up of fully qualified architects, structural engineers and waterproofing experts (CSSW qualified).  This dedicated team helps the smooth running of projects by ensuring that any design shortcomings are addressed in a timely manner.

Our pre-construction team will develop all information required to discharge planning conditions for Construction, Environmental and Traffic Management Plans.  We also prepare and develop full Party Wall construction methodologies and manage all elements relating to utility disconnections and new permanent connections.

Knight Build Limited has also expanded overseas working in Monaco, France and Iceland. For more information please contact enquiries@knightbuild.co.uk.

We employ in excess of 500 trade operatives working in several divisions within Knight Build.  These divisions include demolition, enabling works, piling including restricted access piling, scaffolding, groundworks and concrete frames, structural steelwork, waterproofing systems including structural waterproofing, cavity drainage and roofing systems, brick and blockwork, various types of roofs, drylining, painting and decorating.

It is this approach that makes us unique from our competitors enabling us to draw on in-house skills and resources at all phases of the project, which gives us more control over the outcome.

In addition, every employee, from the Managing Director to the site labourers, are instilled with a hands-on, can-do attitude which sets us apart.  Our senior management team, including directors, are directly contactable at all times and remain heavily involved in all of our projects all the way to handover.

NET ZERO CARBON COMMITMENT

We have a responsibility to reach net zero carbon emissions no later than 2050, and our industry must play its part.

We have made a commitment to achieve this by 2050 and have set clear goals to reduce our Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions to help us on our journey.

Employing a collaborative and inclusive approach, we seek to engage clients, and supply chains in this process, with all stakeholders fully aligned with our carbon neutral ambitions.

We will continue to put in place policies, procedures and processes to monitor, substantiate and improve the reductions we make in carbon and greenhouse gas outputs as we look to reduce our employee and company carbon footprint annually.
