A magnificent 22,000 sqft London mansion with exquisite landscaped terraces was constructed including forming the basement from four stage reinforced concrete underpins. KBL replaced all the structural floors throughout the buildings and repositioned the lift shafts and staircases, whilst the floors within the main building were formed with timber joists. All works to the upper floors and roofs were progressed and completed whilst the reinforced concrete basement works were being constructed.
