The Collins Theatre:
Located in Islington Green, the new theatre and apartments was
developed on the site of the old Sam Collins Music Hall. This
is a unique development. The 4 lower levels (basement) which house
the theatre and leisure areas extend below ground level.The upper
levels of this building development rise to 9 storeys, which house
contemporary apartments arranged in galleries overlooking a central
glass atrium.
The Silken Hotel:
is an ambitious scheme for a 170 bedroom hotel and 90 apartments,
will create a new landmark frontage in this prominent location
at the east end of The Strand. The project combines the restoration
of the listed façade of Marconi House with a new Portland Stone
building. The design integrates the existing building and contemporary
additions, and requires the construction of a 3.5 storey basement.
